When we begin the conversation about your order, I will ask you several questions about your order. I just want to make sure I draw correctly and as closely as you imagined <3
I suggest you separate images and write down everything you imagine and want in the drawing for me. This will make it easier for both of us :)
I will not include what was not asked of me, so please have good references and explanations so that there is no type of misunderstanding.
Payment
Payment will be made by Pix or Paypal.
Payment will be requested 100% before the design begins. I will not start the drawing without payment first.
Cancellation and Refund
If I cancel the order, the refund will be 100% of the amount.
However, if the client requests to cancel the order and I have not started the design, the refund will be 80% of the amount, but if I have started the design, the refund amount will be 50%.Adopts will not be refunded or refunded after purchase.
